I thought the food was decent, but the coffee was a bit weak for my taste. It was not a bad stop, just not anything I would go out of my way for...

I went with my family for a day out, and we all had a good time. For what we paid, the tickets felt worth it, especially since it gave us something fun to do together.

Overall, it was good for kids. We managed fine with the buggy, though access wasn’t amazing in some spots. The baby room was also a bit packed, so that could definitely be improved.

We mainly went for the shark tunnel, so I was disappointed. It was much shorter than I expected, and the glass looked scratched or cloudy, which made it hard to see properly and basically ruined any photos we tried to take.

It was also really crowded, with people just stopping in the middle and no staff around to keep things moving. After paying a lot for tickets, we were through the part we came for in just a few minutes, which felt frustrating.

I did contact support afterwards, but the reply felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address what I’d said. The kids were bored, and I left feeling like we’d wasted our money. Maybe it’s better when it’s quiet, but our visit definitely wasn’t worth it.

The staff were friendly enough, and everyone was polite, but when we had maybe 2 or 3 questions, they didn’t really seem to know the answers. We got a couple of vague responses and felt a bit brushed off after about 5 minutes. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected a bit more useful help.

The tanks looked clean, which I really appreciated. There were just a few spots that seemed like they could use some small repairs. Nothing major, but it’s the kind of thing that’s worth taking care of so everyone can have a decent, well-kept experience.

I thought some of the tanks looked really nice, and maybe I’m just being picky because I’ve been to a few bigger places before, but the variety felt a little limited to me. It was still enjoyable, just not quite as much to see as I was hoping for.
